Residential Development Site

The site with an existing dwelling was purchased by Intercap in 2007.

Demolition approval was obtained for the dwelling in the same year.

An easement application is pending which will enable access via this site into Intercap's adjoining property at 89 Hillside Crescent.

Plans have been drawn for two new residences on the 28 Arran Avenue site subject to subdivision approval.

The site will either be sold by Intercap as vacant land, or will be developed for re-sale.
