Property was purchased in July 2002 with a Development Approval for a 90 bed private hospital.

Intercap developed the concept to a more advanced stage, including appointment of a manager for the hospital.

A joint venture partner was introduced to the project, and civil works were completed in 2003.

Intercap's interest in the site was sold in 2003.
